Fall and winter are knocking at the door, and with them comes the time when we retreat to warmer spaces to continue our artistic journey. As nature outside slowly fades into shades of red, orange and brown and finally fades into wintry white, there are countless opportunities to capture this beauty on paper. The 4th quarter of 2024 is just around the corner and I am delighted to welcome you to VHaquarell during this special time!
This quarter is a milestone for me - we celebrate 2 years of VHaquarell and look back on over 2,500 satisfied customers, 20,000 shipped handmade watercolors and 50,000 shipped sample dots. A great success that I would like to share with you!

2 years of VHaquarell - A look back on a colorful journey
Two years of VHaquarell - two years full of creativity, passion and great moments! When I decided to launch my own brand of handmade watercolors two years ago, I could never have imagined the incredible journey that lay ahead of me. Today, I would like to look back with you on this exciting time and celebrate the many milestones we have achieved together.
What we have achieved in 2 years at VHaquarell
1. Word and figurative mark registration: a sign of quality
An important milestone on my path was the successful registration of the word mark “VHaquarell” as well as the figurative mark, which represents the symbol for my brand and everything that VHaquarell stands for: creativity, craftsmanship, the love of color and of course the fun and joy of creativity and the experience behind it. These official registrations are not only a big step for me personally, but also a sign of the high quality and authenticity of my products.
2. 100% Handmade in Germany
All the watercolors you know from VHaquarell are 100% handmade - by me personally here in Germany. Each color is made with the utmost care and attention to detail to offer you unparalleled quality. This personal touch in every single color is what makes VHaquarell special.
3. More than 2,500 active customers worldwide
Over the past two years, VHaquarell has built an incredibly engaged and creative community. With more than 2,500 active customers around the world, VHaquarell has become a true source of inspiration for artists of all experience levels. It's just wonderful to see my colors become unique works of art in the hands of so many people around the world.
4. Over 20,000 paint pots and 50,000 paint samples shipped
Another significant milestone: in the last two years, we have shipped more than 20,000 handmade color pots and over 50,000 color sample dots to all corners of the world. These figures fill me with great pride and show me how many of you are inspired by my colors.
5. Wonderful partnerships and presence on YouTube
In recent years, I have also gained great partners who enjoy using my watercolors and sharing their experiences on platforms such as YouTube and social media. It's great to see so many artists showcasing my paints and inspiring others. These partnerships are a great pleasure for me and a sign that VHaquarell has become a real brand in the creative community.
6. Officially one of the most successful WIX stores in Germany
As a special highlight, VHaquarell was named one of the most successful stores in Germany by WIX. This recognition confirms the hard work that has gone into building and maintaining my online store and encourages me to continue offering the best service and the highest quality products.

At the heart of VHaquarell has always been the conviction that everyone has the potential to create great things. With my handmade watercolors, I want to help you unleash your creative potential and enrich the world with your artwork. It's incredible to see how many people have done just that in the last two years - and I look forward to all the wonderful works of art that will be created in the future.

Birthday wishes
On the occasion of VHaquarell's 2nd birthday, I have received so many heartfelt and loving messages from wonderful people, and they truly touched me. It is incredibly beautiful to see how my watercolors have become a part of so many artists' creative journeys. I would like to share some of these special gestures with you.
The talented Tanja Kosuch gifted me a beautiful, handmade birthday card that moved me deeply. Her creativity and attention to detail make this card a truly special gift. Tanja, 52 years old, has had a passion for painting since childhood. In January 2023, she founded "Die kleine Kartenstube", a creative project that came to life during a phase when she realized, after suffering from sudden hearing loss, that she needed to take more time for herself. Painting and crafting helped her bring peace and relaxation into her daily life and rediscover herself. The lovely Christine Mang-Fester also gave me a special treat by showing me how she uses my handmade metallic watercolor paints to create stunning art baubles. It's always so inspiring to see how other artists work with my paints! Another highlight is the lovingly designed video by Kati, known as creative hexe on YouTube. She created a wonderful video on the occasion of my birthday in which she presents her creative projects with my colors. It's really nice to be part of her creative world! I'm so grateful for all the support and heartfelt posts I've received for my 2nd birthday. My journey: From Xinjiang to Germany and the power of art
In my latest YouTube video, I share a very personal story - a journey that took me from the vast steppes and mountains of Xinjiang, where I grew up, to Germany. These landscapes and their cultural diversity had a deep impact on me from an early age. But after moving to Germany, I was suddenly faced with many hurdles - a new country, a foreign language and health struggles that made my life more difficult.
During this difficult phase, I discovered art as a form of healing. In particular, working with a special medium gave me the freedom to process and release my innermost emotions. It became not only a creative tool for me, but also a source of strength and inspiration. Through art, I found a way to cope with the challenges of my life and at the same time incorporate my love for nature and memories of Xinjiang into my works.
My artwork reflects the colors and shapes of the majestic nature that I love so much. But it is more than that - it is also the stories and traditions that surrounded me as a child that are subtly reflected in my paintings. Art gives me the opportunity to express all these influences in a deeply personal and authentic way.
